If you know the buildings where your forbears began and perhaps all that is left are a few walls and chimneys, why not have them stabilised. Later generations will have a rare place of special significance to cherish and enjoy a tangible connection to their distant pioneering relatives – few families have such a privilege. A pile of rubble tells no stories.

Government

Russell Stonework has been stabilising ruins all over the state for various South Australian Government departments for almost two decades. The preservation of valuable historical sites has seen us working with The Department for Environment and Heritage, National Parks and Wildlife, Department for Administrative and Information Services, Outback Areas Community Development Trust, and the South Australian Tourism Commission. Our work is not restricted to within South Australia and has led us to work with Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service stabilising ruins in Lizard Island National Park.
